Hi, I'm Rajeev Patrick Das, PhD. Medical Affairs and Medical Communications leader, and part-time pun dispenser.

I make science make sense.

For 15+ years I have turned dense data into content that doctors trust, patients understand, and compliance teams quietly approve of. I lead Medical Communications and Medical Information work across publications, MSL tools, congress content and standard response documents, based in Hyderabad, India.

Prescribing information

Read the full label before use. Or just skim, I won't tell.

Indications

A Medical Communications and Medical Information leader who combines scientific depth with operational rigour. I have built and scaled MedComms and MI functions for top pharmaceutical companies and delivered compliant, high-quality content for US and global launches.

Today I lead US Medical Affairs Medical Communications at Novartis in Hyderabad, as the bridge between the USMA Launch Machine and the delivery engine that powers it.

Mechanism of action

Binds selectively to complex data. Converts it into narratives that are accurate, fair-balanced and genuinely readable. Scientist by training, leader by outcome, and someone who prefers facts over sentiments.

Dosage and administration

  • Publications, congress content and MSL tools
  • Standard response documents and MI governance
  • Process excellence, SOPs and audit readiness
  • AI enablement and team capability building

Contraindications

Not recommended for unreferenced claims, 80-slide decks with no story, or the sentence "let's just eyeball the data".

Storage

Store in Hyderabad, India. Best kept near strong coffee and a good forest plot. Travels well to scientific congresses.
